What is the Ecommerce Academy Elite Team?
The Elite Team is Ecommerce Academy's 1-1 program for established Shopify brands doing $10k+ a month. A Growth Advisor and channel Specialists install EcomOS and AI across the repeatable work in your store with you, following a personalised growth plan.
How is this different to other coaching programs?
Most programs run big group calls. Elite is 1-1, in your store, on your numbers, with operators who run stores themselves. You leave with systems you own, not a video library.
Is this just group classes?
No. You get 1-1 sessions with your Growth Advisor and Specialists. Weekly live classes and the community are extras on top.
Why can't you just do it all for me?
Because then you'd own nothing. We build it with you so the capability stays in your business. That's what "don't outsource your growth" means.
How fast will I see something change?
The first 90 days are sequenced so a Scorecard metric moves inside the first two weeks, your 12-month growth plan is signed off by day 21, and your first big lever is pulled by day 90.
What if it doesn't work for my store?
If your store doesn't grow in the first 90 days, you stop paying and we keep working with you until it does. You just need to show up and implement what we build together.
How much does Elite cost, and is there a contract?
Elite is priced after your application and Scale Session, based on your store. It is month to month with no lock-in contract, and you can cancel anytime.
How much time will this take each week?
Plan on a few focused hours a week for sessions and implementation. AI does the repeatable 80%; the 20% you keep is real work, but it is the work that grows the business.
